I tell you what, when and how much to eat. You check in regularly. Depending on your package, we talk 1 on 1 weekly or monthly. You have the support of a registered dietitian and our private community of like minded people, all trying to reach their goals.
I make corrections as needed and make sure you’re on the right path. The key is accountability. Most people know what to do, it’s just hard on your own. The check ins are really the biggest part.
