You'll need to stop the passive-aggressive-drama routine you do every time the scale does something you don't want it to. Disassociate emotion with this process ASAP.

You'll need to get uncomfortable
 

You'll need to drink a protein shake you don't want to
 

You'll need to skip the pizza & cake for a while
 

 
You'll need to stick to the Plan, exactly
 

 
You'll need to check in every day
 

 
You'll need to be 100% transparent
 

 
You'll need to stop the bullshit that you tell yourself


 
You'll need to exercise


 
It will be difficult some days
 

It will be worth it
