You'll need to stop the passive-aggressive-drama routine you do every time the scale does something you don't want it to. Disassociate emotion with this process ASAP.


You'll need to get uncomfortable

You'll need to drink a protein shake you don't want to

You'll need to skip the pizza & cake for a while You'll need to stick to the Plan, exactly You'll need to check in every day You'll need to be 100% transparent You'll need to stop the bullshit that you tell yourself

You'll need to exercise

It will be difficult some days

It will be worth it ...but you already know all of this. Now do it.
