"Before the Dan Plan, I literally tried everything. Herbalife, Whole30, Weight Watchers, Paleo, no carbs/no dairy, those little skinny detox teas, food delivery programs, starving myself – EVERYTHING.
The difference with the Dan Plan compared to everything else is that it teaches you how to eat and it changes the way you look at food and actually the food that you crave. My cravings have changed and even when I’m not Dan Planning 100%, I still almost subconsciously make healthier decisions.
The hardest part is – I really can’t think of anything. I really never felt deprived or like I was missing out on anything (except maybe wine ).
The abundance of food options. I love that in the Dan Plan, nothing is really cut from your diet, which is what I think makes it so successful. You can still have pasta and bread - it’s just controlled which is where I think my biggest issue was in the first place.
JUST FREAKING DO IT. I was on the fence about it for years. I made the decision to start because I had tried everything else and I was getting married and wanted to fit into my dress and now honestly, it was the best thing I ever did.
