David was struggling with portion control, weight fluctuations, finding a exercise routine. He also struggled with accountability.
He had tried a 4 week food challenge that eliminated fast food, junk food, sugar etc. He completed the 4 week challenge and did lose 15-20 pounds.
He gained the weight back.
"The challenge at least helped me realize that I could have control over my body if I focused a little more.
I decided to join The Dan Plan because I had been really impressed by the before and after pics. I was sick of being stuck, Dan also seemed like he was great at explaining health in simple terms.
There was also a ton of Dan's info related to health and exercise that was free. I really didn’t see any reason not to give it a try.
I was on The Dan Plan from August 2019 - Nov 2019 and I lost a total of 40 pounds during that time
I have learned that you have to be patient and be able to make mistakes, but also be accountable.
Dan is a great coach, he is available to answer questions, he is accountable for your success, and is also there when you need help to get back on track.
There is a great support group that grow strong together, give tips, recipes, ask questions.
I have never been so full of energy or adventure in my life since starting the Dan Plan."
