Just WOW!

What had you tried before the Dan Plan?

Whole30, other nutritionist, diy too - lol

What was different about The Dan Plan?

Accountability, better not perfect, and a plan that I could carry on throughout my daily life. It’s actually sustainable easily doable, without the hassle

What was the hardest part?

Week 1 🤣

What was the easiest part?

Maintenance. Once you get going it’s so easy to keep it going. Don’t have to think much.

How does following the Plan play into your professional life?

A few ways: 1) I eat lunch out every day. And I haven’t found one restaurant yet where I can’t keep on the plan. 2) I preach accountability in professional and personal life. This allows me to practice what I preach 3) more energy 4) shows my dedication

What would you say to someone on the fence about signing up?

Call me! Seriously, if you’re committed to your health, fitness, and overall looking and feeling good, Dan’s plan allows that unlike any other plan I’ve ever had. It’s not even a plan anymore, it’s a way of life.
