It's 10pm, everything is done for the day (finally), you know you shouldn't snack on garbage BUT there's this urge to have....something. Something.....SWEET (wine is sweet too folks, so...)
Here are some solutions that work for me:
-Whey Protein with Unsweetened Almond Milk (my favorite...it's easy in a shaker)
-A square of REALLY GOOD Chocolate (use this in moderation)
-Siggis 0% Yogurt with Berries & spices
Have a big glass of water with any of these, many times hunger is actually dehydration.
Once you've had your treat, move on. Use will power.
Your results will taste better than any temporary sugar fix.
